central location grand piano complimentary champagne silent atmosphere food quality pool area potential
the location was very central. the breakfast included a pianist on a grand piano. a complimentary glass of champagne was available upon arrival. the hotel is beautiful.
the courtyard and pool area have potential , but they are not used to their fullest. the atmosphere felt oddly silent. the quality of the food was disappointing.

the breakfast service was notably poor. i experienced substantial delays awaiting cutlery, plates, and cups. there did not appear to be sufficient staff, as restocking was slow and the existing staff struggled to keep up with demand.

perfect location helpful staff music memorabilia fantastic views
the location was perfect for walking the city. the staff was helpful and friendly . even the corridors displayed interesting music memorabilia. the rooftop bar offered fantastic views during the evenings.
the hotel hallways played music at all hours , even late into the night. i found it quite intrusive and loud , especially with the hard surfaces amplifying the sound within the room.
